Brief introduction

YBJ series briquette press is a type of equipment of making argo-wast pressed to the stick. Its application is very extensive, such as the following materials can be press groups,granulation, ball or stick: wood chips, activated carbon, sawdust, rice husk, corn stalk, coconut sheel, peanut shell, charcoal, clay,coke breeze, coal, cryolite, chemical fertilizer etc.

Production process

1.Crushing the raw materials into size no bigger than 5mm by hammer mill or disintegrator.

2.Drying the crushed materials to make the moisture 8%-12%.

3.Pressing dryed material into briquette.

4.Put the wood briquette into the carbonization stove.

5.The finished production is carbonization stick, its shape include hollow quadragular,hollow hexagon, and irregular shaped etc.

Application:
