1. What to do if the wet materials won't be dried? 

First, detection the quantity of heat, in most cases, the heat stove can't provide enough heat resource to rotary dryer. And then increase heat input according temperature display.

2. What about the discharged speed low?

Working principle of rotary dryer

The raw material plate of coal rotary dryer which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles in order, throws moisture materials into the rotary cylinder. Then water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flow and changed into vapors to be discharged into the atmosphere. Then the materials would be dried. 

Drying process needs to consume large amount of heat energy. In order to save energy, some materials with high moisture content, suspending liquid and solution which contain solid objects should be mechanically dewatered or heated first, and then they can be dried in a dryer to get dry solids
