Brief Introduction

It adopts downstream drying when both of flue gas and wet materials get access to the drying machine from the same side, and the high temperature flue gas is used to obtain high evaporation strength, good drying effect.The new designed inner structure of the cylinder can enhance the cleaning and heat conduction performance of the broken materials, eliminate the adhesion effect on the inner wall of the barrel body, and improve its adaptation to high humidity and sticky materials.The adoption of center regulation support wheel device of the drying machine enables the support wheel and roll ring be in constant linear contact, which greatly reduces the wear and power loss of the product.

1. What to do if the wet materials won't be dried? 

First, detection the quantity of heat, in most cases, the heat stove can't provide enough heat resource to rotary dryer. And then increase heat input according temperature display.

2. What about the discharged speed low?

The features of rotary dryer machine

1. Our rotary drum dryer is designed with anti~sticky drum~wall, optimized material~lifting board structure and assembled adjustable speed motor.

2. The whole drying production line is primarily composed of vibrating feeder, heating furnace, drying device, and air intake & outlet device, and more. The vibrating feeder enables material to spread uniformly on the mesh belt.

An air`intake fan with large hot air flow blows away water content of materials, and then those water content will be discharged from the air-outlet.

3. Our rotary drum dryer has the features of low noise, minimum fuel consumption, easy operation and convenient maintenance, heat-resistant high heat efficiency, reliable performance.
